Pears with Dorblu cream


Ingredients :
  • 6 oz Dorblu
  • 3.5 oz Butter
  • 4 Ripe Pears
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Pear Liquor
  • Pepper
  • Herbs to Garnish
Pears with Dorblu cream
Procedure:
  1. Cream butter with a little wine, liquor and pepper.
  2. Carefully mash in the Dorblu with a fork.
  3. Cool mixture in fridge.
  4. Peal pears, slice into halves and remove core.  Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  5. Place pears in bowl with wine and a little lemon juice  Chill for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Pipe cheese mixture into pears and garnish with herbs.
