Procedure:
- Add flour, oil, salt and water to a bowl and mix into a dough. Knead into a ball, brush with oil and leave to rest for 1 hour.
- Deseed and half the grapes. Mix with Mirabo, breadcrumbs, nuts and cinnamon.
- Roll out pastry thinly onto a tea towel dusted with flour.
- Brush pastry with butter and then add filling to 2/3 of pastry. Roll into strudel with help of a tea towel. Pinch sides together and place on a greased baking try. Brush with remaining butter and bake for approx 30 minutes at 420F.
