Procedure:
- Split foccacia horizontally.
- Place roast beef on bottom half of bread.
- Top with thinly sliced Cambozola, then arugula and tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.

Cover with top half of bread.
- Cut into wedges or squares to serve immediately, or wrap well in foil or plastic wrap for later use.
