Ingredients :
  • 40g Smoked Diced Bacon
  • 3½ cups Meat Stock
  • Freshly Grated Nutmeg
  • 1 cup each Diced Celery, Leek & Onion
  • 220ml Single Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Croutons
  • 1.8 oz Dorblu
  • Salt & Pepper
Bavarian Vegetable soup
Procedure:
  1. Fry bacon in butter until crispy, add vegetables and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add meat stock, salt, pepper and bring to boil.  Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Add cream, butter and then pour into soup bowls.
  4. Top with grated Dorblu and croutons.  Grill for 3-4 minutes.
