Chutney Cheese Balls by Chris W. Moy (Serves 2)
 
1 container Cambozola cream cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
1-2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 coarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts
1/2 Major Grey’s chutney
Cracker or French bread for spreading
Combine Cambozola cream cheese and sour cream in medium bowl.
Blend in curry powder. Add onions, raisins and peanuts. Mix thoroughly. Form into a ball.
Pour chutney over the cheese ball.
Place in refrigerator until serving.
Serve with crackers or French bread.
Goes great with a green salad.
