Cambozola Black Label crepes with truffle honey
 
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
4 oz Cambozola Black Label
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoon salt
Truffle honey or fresh honeydew melon
Whisk flour together with eggs and gradually add milk and water. Add salt and beat until smooth. Heat frying pan over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of mix into pan. Cook approximately 2 minutes each side.
Take approximately 0.5 oz Cambozola Black Label and place in crepe. Add truffle honey or fresh honeydew melon.
