Fry bacon in butter until crispy, add vegetables and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. |

Add meat stock, salt, pepper and bring to boil. Simmer for 25-30 minutes. |

Add cream, butter and then pour into soup bowls. |

Top with grated sliced Cambozola Black Label and croutons. Grill for 3-4 minutes. |
