Bavarian vegetable soup
 
40g Smoked Diced Bacon
3 1/2 cups Meat Stock
Freshly Grated Nutmeg
1 cup each Diced Celery, Leek & Onion
220ml Single Cream
2 tbsp Butter
Croutons
1.8 oz Cambozola Black Label
Salt & Pepper
Fry bacon in butter until crispy, add vegetables and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Add meat stock, salt, pepper and bring to boil.  Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Add cream, butter and then pour into soup bowls.
Top with grated sliced Cambozola Black Label and croutons.  Grill for 3-4 minutes.
