Mirabo grape strudel
 
8.8 oz Flour
0.9 oz Oil
0.18 oz Salt
0.6 cup Lukewarm Water
14 oz Mirabo, cubed, without rind
35 oz Grapes
1.4 oz Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
1.7 oz Ground Hazelnuts
4.2 oz Melted Butter
Icing Sugar
Add flour, oil, salt and water to a bowl and mix into a dough.  Knead into a ball, brush with oil and leave to rest for 1 hour.
Deseed and half the grapes.  Mix with Mirabo, breadcrumbs, nuts and cinnamon.
Roll out pastry thinly onto a tea towel dusted with flour.
Brush pastry with butter and then add filling to 2/3 of pastry.  Roll into strudel with help of a tea towel.  Pinch sides together and place on a greased baking try.  Brush with remaining butter and bake for approx 30 minutes at 420F.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
